Welcome to Policy Profit support. We’re here to help you with the Policy Profit mobile app and web platform—account access, billing, commissions, and anything else that gets in your way.
Contact us
Email support@policyprofit.com with a short description of your issue. Include your account email and, if relevant, screenshots or the steps that led to the problem so we can help faster.
We typically respond within one to two business days. For urgent account or billing issues, use the same address and note “Urgent” in the subject line.
In-app support
Signed-in users can open Support in the Policy Profit dashboard to submit a ticket, track status, and reply in-thread. That is usually the fastest path for account-specific questions.

Common questions
How do I reset my password? Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen in the app or web dashboard. If you do not receive an email, check spam and confirm the address on your account, then contact support.
How do I manage my subscription? Open billing or subscription settings while signed in. For charges you do not recognize, email support with the date and amount.
The app isn’t working as expected. Update to the latest version from the App Store, restart the app, and try again. If the problem continues, email us with your device model, iOS version, and a screenshot.
